schuren en plamuren en nog eens schuren en plamuren tot ze spiegelglad is. Ook tijdens het schilderen schuren zodat alle vezels netjes verdwenen zijn.

I love her. I’ve been trying to figure out the process and steps for making my own doll. From what I’ve found it sounds like a lot of work.
When I make mine I’m not going to put any hair and it will be androgynous.
How many have you made?
She is gorgeous. Nice work, I am impressed.

There’s a really good book about these kind of dolls, it’s called Yoshida’s doll making guide. It has loads of pictures on how to make a bjd.

No I haven’t started my own business yet making these ball jointed dolls. I want to make another one. This was my first, had a lot of things to work out, so I hope the second one will be even better.
